This notice explains how personal information is handled through the Milestone Project website. Truro City Football Club and WAX Group are joint data controllers for personal information collected through this website. You can contact them about privacy matters at info@milestoneproject.co.uk.

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message.

Our hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, for security, reliability and error diagnosis. We do not use this information to profile visitors or for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking technologies. The website does not currently set cookies, so a cookie consent banner is not shown. If that changes, we will update this notice and request consent before using any non-essential cookies.

How and why information is used

Enquiry details are used to respond to your message and administer any resulting relationship. This and limited hosting data are processed on the basis of the joint controllers’ legitimate interests in communicating with interested parties and operating a secure, reliable public website. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.

Sharing, transfers and retention

Enquiry details are delivered by email and may be handled by the organisations’ email and website hosting providers. Information may be processed outside the UK where lawful safeguards are in place. Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and administer the relationship; technical logs are retained in line with the hosting provider’s settings.
